Moving with Hope (MWH) is a 501 c3 nonprofit agency serving Shelton, Connecticut, and surrounding communities and is dedicated to improving the quality of life of people experiencing neurological disorders and early onset long-term illnesses. We provide financial assistance to all families in need for long-term recovery that have limited resources. Our mission is to enable the brain and spinal cord injury community and those with other early-onset long-term illnesses an affordable recovery solution. MWH provides year-round post-acute physical, occupational, speech and cognitive therapies for people with complicated neuro-endocrine and orthopedic diseases. Our facility in Shelton, Connecticut is equipped with a variety of modalities and a respite program.
We have touched the lives of thousands – whether they faced an urgent need, a devastating disease or sought to improve their quality of life.
